In industrialized nations, where the bulk of the population lives in a state of ignorance regarding basic health and illness, it is easy for people to fall through the cracks and develop some form of illness. In many cases, this ignorance results in poor nutritional status, low self-esteem and an overall poor health status. Health problems are more likely to compound and become much more severe if a person remains unaware of the disease’s progression and prognosis. Love starts when a person feels adored, wanted and valued. If your father treats you badly, you might feel bad, but you should get to a place where love is not just a feeling. You need to feel wanted and valued by a certain person. This is a hard concept for some people to grasp, but if you can learn it, you will find yourself falling in love all the time. Of course, loving someone is not the same as being loved, but it is the beginning stages of that process.
